All Forged knives are hand-forged, making each one unique. The Forged Olive children's chef's knife is made of 3Cr14 steel, with a hardness of 54 Rockwell, a blade thickness of 2 mm, a blade length of 12 cm, and an olive wood handle, making it not dishwasher safe.
Packaged in a luxurious wooden box with a 10-year warranty.
Recommended for ages 7 and up, always under adult supervision.
