When will I receive my gift card?

During office hours, your digital gift vouchers will be personalised. We ensure that the ordered gift voucher is in your mailbox no later than 17:00. Also, keep an eye on your SPAM box. Gift vouchers ordered outside office hours will be created and shipped the next working day.

How do I redeem my gift card?

A code is stated on our gift vouchers. Once you have filled your shopping cart and reached the checkout page, you’ll see an option on the right-hand side to enter your code. When you do this and click on “Activate”, the amount of the gift voucher will automatically be deducted from your total. If you encounter any issues with the gift voucher, please email info@beefensteak.nl with the code and the value of the gift voucher. We will resolve it for you as soon as possible.

How do I redeem my Webshop Giftcard?

If you have a “Webshop Giftcard”, first go to the official Webshop Giftcard website. There, you can convert your card into a gift voucher for our website. Once that’s done, start shopping at Beef&Steak. When you’re at the checkout, choose “Webshop Giftcard” as your payment method — do not enter a code on our site. Click on “Place order” and you’ll be redirected to the gift card payment page, where you can enter the code and pay any remaining balance. Once completed, you’ll be returned to our website, where you’ll see that your order has been successfully placed.
