How to Use the Plate Setter
Place the plate setter 'on its back' with the legs facing up on your Kamado’s fire ring. Then, place your BBQ grate on top of the legs. Optionally, you can place a drip pan beneath the grate.
Making a pizza? Build the same setup as described above and place your pizza stone on the grate. This allows heat to circulate evenly around the pizza stone.
