The baby back ribs are most of the times used for Low&Slow preparation. Dutch pig meat normally doesn't have much taste of itself. Pig meat of the Wroetvarken and the Heijdehoeve pig have, just like the Livar pig, already a lot of taste of itself. You can prepare these ribs without much rubs and sauces. An honest and tasteful product of the dutch ground.
