T-bone steak with roasted potatoes

    Sage Leaves
200 ml Red Wine
6 EL Soy Sauce
4 St T-bone steaks
12 St Wooden skewers
800 g Potatoes
125 g Butter
5 EL Olive
1 EL Salt
1 EL Pepper


Chop the herbs. Mix with red wine and soy sauce. Marinate the steak approximately one hours in the marinade. The unpeeled potatoes in water and cook for about 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Pierce the potato halves on wooden skewers. Rub the steaks marinated with olive oil and pepper and place on grill. Grill each side approximately 6 minutes.
