BBQ Pulled Pork Shoulder of pork
Ingredients
- Pork Shoulder, 6 pounds or Boston Butt

Preparation
- 1. Coat the pork shoulder roast with full rubber.
- 2. Adjust the temperature exactly at the barbecue.
- 3. Place the meat on indirect fire on the BBQ to 130 degrees.
