
Steak in sweet and sour sauce

A fresh variation on the steak.
Ingredients
- 500g Beef Steaks
- 2 St Leek
- 2 St Onions
- 2 EL Honey
- 100ml White wine
- 200ml Fond
- 4 EL olive oil
- 1 Dose Tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, chili
- 5 EL Brandy vinegar
Preparation
- 1. Pat the steaks dry on both sides with salt and pepper and spices.
- 2. Fry in oil about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm.
- 3. Tomatoes with leek (sliced), onion rings boxes.
- 4. Pour the broth and white wine over, simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the honey, salt, pepper, chili and vinegar through it.
- 6. Add the steaks and let everything a few minutes.
