Peugeot has combined the pepper and salt bars into one duo: two ingenious mills with interchangeable flasks, allowing you to effortlessly switch from one pepper to another, or from one salt to another. These are two perfect tools to become a virtuoso of pepper and salt and to discover new sensory combinations.

Advanced Salt Mechanism

The salt mechanism is made of zirconium, a material with exceptional hardness. This allows for Zout Glace, an ultra-fine grind that preserves all the pleasures of salt while controlling quantity and limiting negative effects.

Selected Peppers and Salts

To optimize flavor exploration, this set includes three exceptional peppers: a black pepper from Brazil, a vanilla-white pepper from Madagascar, and a wild berry from Vietnam with citrus aromas. Additionally, three special salts are included: pink Andes salt, smoked salt from Croatia, and an aromatic salt blend with tomatoes, dried paprika, fennel seeds, and thyme.

Care and Use

Clean the mills with a dry, soft cloth. Do not expose them to water or place them in the dishwasher. The pepper mechanism is suitable for black, white, green, red, and pink pepper (max. 15% of the blend) and coriander seeds. The salt mechanism is suitable for dry coarse salts (rock salt) up to 4 mm. Do not use for moist sea salt, even if dried.
