Everything is vacuum-packed in standard quantities, and you can order it per pack, in whatever amount you need. We also don’t include a standard platter, so you can present your gourmet selection however you like, for example, on a beautiful wooden cutting board.

All the above packages are designed for 4 people. So, for some products, you get 1 piece per type, and for others, you get 2 pieces per type. You can fully customize your Gourmet Platter. You can choose up to 10 different products! Each type is vacuum-packed and frozen.

What’s the difference between a gourmet platter and a gourmet dish?

The two terms are often used interchangeably in practice. In theory, a gourmet dish is a pre-selected assortment of gourmet meat, whereas the gourmet platter gives you the advantage of customizing it yourself.

Our gourmet platter is designed to give you full freedom of choice while still offering extra value. People often think a gourmet dish is always cheaper, but this isn’t always true. Especially during the holidays, some providers significantly increase the prices of gourmet dishes.
