This cheese ages in a special room with a specific temperature and humidity, resulting in a sublime flavor. The cheese has small protein crystals in the curd and its creaminess surprises you.
Since 2021, the cows of the CONO Cheesemakers have been eating GMO-free feed. This means that the feed contains no genetically modified substances. 80% of the feed comes directly from the region, and in this way, we pay attention to people, animals, and the environment.
