Weydeland Rijck is a beautiful crumbly cheese! The cheese has undergone a long maturation period in the warehouse, resulting in a very ripe taste and a crumbly texture. The small aging crystals in the cheese crackle in the mouth. Weydeland Rijck is full of aromas and has a characterful taste.
Since 2021, the cows of the CONO Cheesemakers have been eating GMO-free feed. This means that the feed contains no genetically modified substances. 80% of the feed comes directly from the region, and in this way, we pay attention to people, animals, and the environment.
