Fillet Steak with baked beans

1 EL Peppercorns
4 St Allspice
3 EL Oil
3 St Tomatoes
1 Blik Bean chili
2 Cloves Garlic


Crushed pepper and allspice in a mortar, sprinkle on a plate and put the steaks in it. Press firmly. Two tablespoons oil, hot, and sear the steaks one minutes on each side. Reduce fire and two to four minutes per side bins. Sprinkle the steaks with salt, remove from pan and wrap in aluminum foil. Blanch the tomatoes, peel, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Wash the peppers, remove seeds and cut into thin rings. Peel garlic and cut into fine cubes. Heat the remaining oil in a pan, fry garlic, add tomatoes and chili beans and heat about 15 minutes. Steaks on preheated plates and serve with chili beans.
