The spiced rolled roast from Meat Nature is of exceptional quality. Flavorful roast with a delightful bite. We've already seasoned it with our favorite spices and made a beautiful roll. Grill the roast, turning it occasionally in butter, and then cook it on the BBQ or in the oven until it reaches about 60-63 degrees Celsius (140-145 degrees Fahrenheit) for a medium-cooked result.

Short Supply Chain – Circular Farming on Our Own Land
The meat from Meat Nature comes from close by. We consciously choose the shortest possible supply chain. The feed for the cattle is grown on our own land. The manure from the cattle is used on our own fields to grow the cattle feed. Circular and responsible. This way, we aim for low food miles and a low food footprint.
Local Story
Calm, Burgundy-style, and responsible—that’s how we work. The Belgian Blue crossbred dual-purpose cattle are given time to grow peacefully in the Zonzeelse Polder. They receive no medication, it is pure nature. They retain their natural horns. They are allowed to grow and develop into high-quality meat. And you can taste it. Only when the cattle are fully grown do they go to a local butcher.
