The Petromax stacking rack made of solid cast iron ensures successful baking and cooking in Dutch Ovens (optimally suited for ft4.5, ft6, ft9) without burning the food, thanks to the generous spacing created by the feet.
As the top of the rack features small holes, multiple stacking racks can be perfectly stacked on top of each other, allowing for multi-level baking, braising, and steaming.
Thanks to the three legs, each 4.3 cm (1.7 in) long, the stacking rack also stands stable in the fire or on the table as a trivet.
It bakes perfect grill marks on meat when used over embers, or it can also serve as a stable surface for placing tea kettles or percolators.
