The Iberico pig is a breed of pig from the Mediterranean area. Iberico pigs are true epicureans. They roam all day and meanwhile indulge in acorns.
The slopes are at least 45% steep, which benefits the flavor of the muscle tissue. Spain is proud of its Iberico pigs. The Spanish government strictly ensures that the welfare of the pigs is guaranteed.
As a result, Iberico pigs have little to no stress. This also absolutely benefits the taste. In short, great for both human and animal!
