Apply a generous yet even layer at least 1 hour before cooking on a moist surface. You can also mix it with olive oil and a bit of lemon juice to form a paste before coating your chosen meat, poultry, seafood, or vegetables!
Our favorite way to enjoy it is with juicy roasted pork, sliced for Cuban sandwiches - Swiss cheese, ham, thick slices of roasted pork, pickles, and slathered with spicy mustard. You'll thank us later for this tip.
