Crispy Chicken Wings

Crispy Chicken Wings
Tasty and simple recipe to make chicken wings with crispy crust.

Ingredients

For 4 people

2 packets of Gildehoen chicken wings (10 pieces)
45 grams butter
40 grams flour
5 grams garlic salt
5 grams paprika powder
5 grams black pepper
2 grams Cayenne pepper
Sea salt add to taste

Preparation

1: Cut the wings by the cartilage
2: Pat the thawed chicken wings dry with paper towels
3: Preheat the oven to 220°c
4: Take a sealable bag and add the flour, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper and the Cayenne pepper. (possibly add sea salt)
5: Shake well and then add the chicken wings, mix well so that the spice mix adheres well
6: Take a baking sheet and place baking paper in it
7: Melt the butter on the baking sheet
8: Add the chicken wings and fry them on both sides until golden brown for 30 minutes
9: Turn the chicken wings over and fry them for another 15 minutes until they are nice and crispy and cooked.
