Mexican Chicken-rolls
Do you have Pulled Chicken left? Make these delicious, spicy rolls!

Ingredients

For 8 pieces:
150 gr pulled chicken
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp Chipotle sauce
½ avocado
50 gr corn
50 gr black beans
8 pcs filo dough sheets
15 stalks of chives
1 egg
possibly sesame seeds

Preparation

1: Weigh all the ingredients.
2: Mix the pulled chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, chipotle sauce, avocado, corn, black beans and chives.
3: Taste the whole thing and possibly season even further to your own taste with salt and pepper or extra chipotle if you like spicy!
4: Place a filo dough sheet on a shelf, spoon 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the short side of the dough and fold the long sides of the filo dough sheet towards the center. Then pick up the filo dough sheet where the filling lights up and roll it up completely like a spring roll.
5: Place all filo dough rolls on a baking sheet with parchment paper and smear the rolls with beaten egg. If necessary, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6: Bake the filo dough rolls in a convection oven at 180°C in 25-35 minutes
7: Serve the rolls with a spicy dip or a creamy avocado spread
