Boston Bean Brisket

Boston Bean Brisket
Another delicious piece of meat from you, the black angus brisket! This time at Boston's!

Ingredients

1 Grain-fed brisket
Make a marinade/bean sauce of 1 cup tomato paste
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup syrup
2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
Add to the taste of sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

1: Spread the meat and let 24 marinate in the refrigerator.
2: Soak a pound of white beans in water for 12 hours.
3: First make the bean mix by sweating off 2 large onions together with a handful of bacon cubes.
4: Remove from the pan and add to the soaked beans.
5: Sear the meat in a large pan, when that is done extinguish the pan with a nice buck beer (half a can a 0.5 L, bokbier is delicious!)
6: Add the moisture to the bean mix.
7: Put everything in a large roasting pan, with the meat on top.
8: Add the rest of the bokbier, close well with aluminum foil and let it cook slowly for 12 hours at 120 degrees. Let rest for half an hour to an hour...
9: Enjoy your meal!
