Smoked Chicken Thighs
Chicken thighs from the smoker or barbecue, delicious.

Ingredients

For about 4 people

1 kilo chicken thighs with skin and bone
1 bottle of Harvest Apple
All purpose rub
brown sugar

Preparation

1) Roll the chicken thighs into your own skin so that so little of the meat is exposed to direct heat. Use a toothpick to hold the sheet in place.
2) Sprinkle with All purpose rub. You are ready to smoke them.
3) Place the thighs above indirect heat, at 110 degrees Celsius. Smoke the thighs for two hours.
4) Heat a barbecue sauce like Stockyard Harvest Apple.
5) After smoking, dip the thighs in the sauce with pliers and sprinkle a little brown sugar over it. Grill them over direct fire for a few minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
