1 How does the home delivery of meat work?
The delivery of your order is taken care of by our partner PostNL Foodnetwork. Delivery takes place in the evenings between 17:00 hours and 22:00 hours. The status can be followed with Track & Trace. The meat is packed in a coolbox which will be opened by the driver in your presence and you recieve the contents of the order. The box stays in the delivery van and is returned to us. Arrival of your order in frozen condition is guaranteed.
2 Is my order or stock?
Our stock levels are connected real-time the online store. If it's available for ordering on the website, it's in our stock and we can ship immediately.
3 How long is the shelf life of products?
Every product has a label indicating the contents, weight and best before date. Through our purchasing and inventory, we make every effort to ensure that your products have a long best before time left.
4 Are the prices per piece or per kilo?
The prices are always per unit. We maintain prices by approximate weight. One product may be slightly lighter, the other slightly heavier. The reason is that our customers like to see the price of an order so that there's no surprises afterwards.
5 Can I order products that are not on the website?
