Beef tenderloin with gorgonzola

A nice combination for a surprise dinner.

Ingredients


Preparation


  • 1. Peel the carrots. Wash thoroughly under running cold water.
  • 2. Cook the carrots in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper and cut into slices.
  • 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • 5. Fry the fillets in batches 3-5 minutes on both sides.
  • 6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7. Deglaceren with whipped cream. Mix the cheese cubes and cream together with the gorgonzola sauce.
  • 8. Heat fat in a pan and add the Carrots.
  • 9. Chop the parsley leaves and save some for garnish.
  • 10. Slices of beef tenderloin served with carrots and some sauce on warm plates. If desired, garnish with parsley.
