Brisket burnt ends
One of America's most popular dishes. Simple, not expensive and low & slow!

Ingredients

2 tot 3 kilo Brisket (of Brisket Ears)
Tasty Beefrub of your choice (e.g. Smokey Goodness Beefalicious or Oakridge Black Ops)
500 ml beef stock
A bottle of BBQ sauce of your choice (e.g. Bold&Beefy or Beef &Steak Smokey Sweet)

Preparation

1) Mix the broth and sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
2) Trim excess fat from the breast tip and rub breast with a rub of your choice. Leave some fat for the taste!
3) Set the temperature of the BBQ to 120 degrees Celsius.
4) Place the meat indirectly on the grill grate and cook to a core temperature of 85-88 degrees in about 6 to 7 hours.
5) Remove the breast from the grill and cut them into cubes of 2-3 centimeters. Sprinkle with some extra brown sugar.
6) Put the cubes with the sauce mixture in a pan or roasting pan and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
7) Place the pan back on the grill and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours. Stir well every now and then.
