Dry Aged rib eye steak with horseradish Gremolata
Nice fresh recipe with dry aged rib eye steaks.

Ingredients

For 4 persons:
dry-aged rib eye steaks
Horseradish Gremolata (recipe follows below)
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Ingredients for Horseradish Gremolata:
375 grams of unsalted butter at room temperature
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
4 tablespoons finely grated horseradish carrot
3 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley leaves (no stems)

Preparation

Preparation Dry-aged rib eye steak
1) Heat a grill pan over high heat
2) Sprinkle the rib eyes with some salt and pepper to your own taste.
3) Grill the steaks in 3-4 minutes per side and let them stand for another 5-6 minutes after grilling

Preparation method horseradish Gremolata
1) Take a medium scale and mix all ingredients well together

Serve the steaks together with the Gremolata. Enjoy your meal!
