Honey-BBQ Chicken pieces
Sweet pieces of chicken breast from the BBQ. Delicious as a snack or side dish

Ingredients

1 kilo Gildehoen chicken breast in pieces of 3 by 3 cm
450 grams cornflakes crushed
60 grams flour
3 grams garlic powder
3 grams onion powder
3 grams chili powder
Add sea salt and freshly ground pepper
2 eggs
225 ml Beef &Steak Smokey Sweet BBQ sauce or Noskos the Original BBQ sauce
20 ml honing

Other supplies:
1 Large and 2 small bowls
Steel pan
Bake paper
Bowl to serve

Preparation

1: Preheat the oven or BBQ to 200°C
2: Put the flour in a small bowl and set aside for later
3: Take the large bowl and add the cornflakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and mix everything well
4: Take a small bowl and beat the eggs in it
5:   Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, then in the egg mixture and then in the cornflakes mixture
6: Place the chicken pieces in the middle of the oven or on the grid
7: Bake for 4 to 5 minutes and then turn over
8: Heat the bbq sauce and honey in a saucepan over medium heat
9: Put the chicken pieces in a bowl and pour the sauce over it.
