Creamy Chicken breast strips from the oven
Tasty and quite simple dish to make something beautiful from chicken breast strips

Ingredients

2 pieces of Gildehoen chicken breast of approximately 400 grams
2 eggs
4 beef tomatoes cut into small pieces
150 grams of boursin with garden herbs
1 clove of garlic finely chopped or pressed
Add salt and pepper to taste
Dash of olive-sunflower oil

Preparation

1: Preheat the oven to 200° degrees
2: Cut the chicken breast into strips and add salt and pepper to taste
3: Take a wok or a frying pan
4: Add a dash of oil and let it heat up. Stir fry the chicken and garlic for about 10 minutes
5: Use an ovenproof dish or roasting pan divide the chicken strips into it. Divide the tomatoes over it
6: Take a bowl put the eggs in it and beat them. Then add the boursin and stir until smooth
7: Place dish in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until a brown crust forms

Delicious with rice and a cucumber salad
