Mini Rolled Roast of the LIVAR pig
These lean pork roulades are cut from lean shoulder rags. The shoulder is de-boned and the skinny pieces are kept separate. The meat is neatly rolled up in a net and vacuum-packed. These mini roulades are ideal for marinating or seasoning to your own taste and go well with the week meal. The meat is lean, but with enough taste of itself. These rollades are specially cut for us by LIVAR by weight and packaged.

How do I prepare a mini rolled roast?
You can eat the meat of the LIVAR pig perfectly naturally, it has a lot of taste of itself. You can also marinate it or season it to your own taste. Grill the roulade around golden brown to a core temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes and enjoy your meal!
