Steak in sweet and sour sauce

A fresh variation on the steak.

Preparation


  • 1. Pat the steaks dry on both sides with salt and pepper and spices.
  • 2. Fry in oil about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  • 3. Tomatoes with leek (sliced), onion rings boxes.
  • 4. Pour the broth and white wine over, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Add the honey, salt, pepper, chili and vinegar through it.
  • 6. Add the steaks and let everything a few minutes.
